20 year old male...needs surgery or just loose weight?

i'm a pretty young looking male, but i have slight bags under my eyes, which look awful in some lighting that i'd like to be removed - am i too young? are there non-invasive procedures to get rid of under eye bags?

would these go with weight loss? along with slightly chubby cheeks? or would i need a fat removal surgery for these?

and my last question - if i lost weight, would it make my jaw more defined, as it looks like it's receeding due to a bit of fat under my neck, and my cheeks seem to stick out which makes my chin look like it goes back further, or would i need a chin augmentation

surgery should be a last resort. try other ways of "fixing" the problems firsts, and then maybe think about surgery.
