4 weeks ago had Abdominoplasty with some lipo to tummy

I had a Abdominoplasty with some lipo to the tummy, 4 weeks ago. I have had 6 children youngest twins, 9years ago
I have thought about this operation for a long time. I am fit, always exercised in the normal weight range,
but couldn't do much about the muscle separation and wanted also less skin loose and fat
around my middle. Surgeon did a great job, big long scar, still wearing the binder, support
girdle, which I don't like, I had a small bleed at the 10 day post op/ Dr Surgeon put a needle into
my side and took out about 20mls of old blood, think I had a bleed  when I sneezed hard, been
really careful since then. I am not lifting anything still, kid's are husband still doing all the washing.
How long before I can get back in the pool ??and swim laps?, go back to Jazzercise? Exercise. I am walking
daily, but my tummy is so tight, when I walk it is like a peranet contraction, tummy hard
as a rock, when does that go?, still have swelling of my tummy, but that is getting better.
