I cleared all the acne on my face; however, the red spots and marks left on my cheek, and they are unlikely to disappear. What should I do in order to eliminate those scars beside having surgery...

Sometimes laser therapay can be effective in treating these area. See a physician or clinic that specializes in laser therapy.
