Alternative to Liposuction

I've been researching the treatment of Lipodissolve and hoping I can get some feedback from someone else in a similiar position.
I'm not overweight at all and consider myself active and eat very healthy. Although no matter how hard I try to target my inner and outer thights I can not slim them down. It's the only part of my body I'm very self consious about and I've been wanting to do something about it. But considering that I'm not an extreme case I didn't want to do something surgical that's when I started researching LipDisolve as an alternative to lipsuction. Is there anyone out there in a similiar situation that can give me some advise. I'm not in the position to spend money on something that does not show results. Does it work and if I see results will they last? Or is there another medical technology that might be helpful for my situation?

The technique of injection of various chemicals (such as phosphatidyl choline) into the subcutaneous tissues to reduce fat has been around for many years. It is not FDA approved in the United States. It has been shown to reduce small localized fat depsoits, but will probably never replace liposuction as the most effective and predictable technique for definitive fat removal.
The technique requires multiple injection sessions and while typical costs are less than liposuction, they are not insignificant. If you find someone to perform this procedure, I would be prepared to see very limited results. This has been my personal experience in the very few patients I have treated with this method.
