Who pays for the facility, nursing and anesthesia care? How about the physician's overhead, like malpractice insurance, office staffing, office maintanence, supplies, drugs, dressings?  It is unlikely that any plastic surgeon would agree to perform "free" surgery.  This is particularly true for a cosmetic procedure.  It may be possible if the above overhead expenses are covered if the problem is truly functional.

You know...I had to wait a long time in life until I was financially set to undergo surgery...I have wanted it since I was 12.  I am 31 now and just getting it done.  I have also put myself through college to get the monies to live the life I wanted and did not let anyone tell me I could not excell in life...You just can't give up on you...you have to move forward in life and get to a place where you can afford it.  I know it is half price over seas, if you wanted to travel to get it done...just make sure you are with a reputable and board certified surgeon.  If someone is willing to do this watch out...they are not certified and could harm or destroy you...you think you hate things about yourself now????  It is more worth it to wait...go for the gold...and you can even take on an extra job just to open an account for the implants...all of your pay goes untouched in that account, and within a few months to a year, you will have the money...some places finance with 1/2 down, so this is an option.  Also, check out CARECREDIT...they could approve you for a card that will cover it...and they approve with low credit scores too...hope this helps.
