Body Aches

I had a tummy tuck and liposculpting on Dec. 19 2007 I got a minor infection and my drain wasn't working properly so the Dr. removed it after the third week. It's been a month since my surgery and I can't shake this body ache feeling, is this normal? I feel like I have the flu and every so often I run a fever of 100.0 at night. The Dr. says I'm fine and it will take time to feel better, but I feel so sick, could there be another problem? I'm still on antibiotics for the infection, it's Minocin. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Usually patient feel pretty well one month after surgery, but since you had a complication and your drain was just remoed, some persistent symptoms are not unusual.  Your surgeon should be following you closely and will be able to tell if any seriosu additional problems arise.
