Prety sure you would know if they hae bottomed out, mine looked long and distorted, esp when I lifted my arm and when I was laying down.

Best to get it checked out either way

Thanks for your reply. I don't know if they've bottomed out or if I can see the implants because they are only partial sub-muscular. I'll find out when I go see the doctor. I liked what you said about not being able to tell yours is fake. I was so careful in choosing the right size, implant, and procedure so I'd look natural and now I'm so disappointed. Also, my surgeon had warned me about wearing a bra all the time because he said if they drop too low it's really hard to correct. Hearing your story is encouraging. Enjoy your beauty :)

I went to the same surgeon for all 5 of my implant revisions, I had capsular contraction as well and the intial size was too big. He did all of them for free. I was very skeptical about this surgery, but it turned out great. I guess if your surgeon has done it before you should be okay. You have to make sure you support them after with a light bra and becareful how you move around as to not rip out the stitches inside. My right breast doesnt look like my left though, the right one is perfect you cant even tell its fake, the left one slopes down a bit still, but its way better than it looking "long".

Good luck, let me know how it works out.

I'm so glad to see your post. I'm not happy with my BA. My implants seem to have bottomed out. Did your original surgeon do the correction or did you go to someone else? I have a follow-up appointment with my surgeon next month. Any advice on how to proceed? I paid big bucks for silicone and a board certified surgeon. The placement is partial sub-muscular. I hate that I can see the implants. I feel like a freak!
