Breast Feeding with Breast Implants

I had Brazilian Implants put in 7 months ago after breast feeding my third child and being left with No boobs at all!  I thought I was finished having kids which is why I chose to do it, but I did tell my doctor to make sure he does my implants in a way that I could still breast feed (for just in case) and now I have fallen pregnant again.  They are not huge only a C cup.
I dont think I could have a child and not breast feed, so I was wondering whether there is anyone out there who has breast fed after breast implants.  I want to know how they effected the shape etc, I have just paid all this money out and I am so worried they wont look as good after I breast feed.  Would love to hear from people with experiences with this.
