Breast Reduction Pro Bono

My daughter is 28 and has lived with Extra large breasts all of her teeage and current life. She currently has to go to a speciality store to purchase her bras, which cost anywhere from 78.00 to 150.00. I have helped her out with the purchases of the bras (thank goodness for mom's). She is on her own now and is having trouble with bleeding where her strap lines are on her shoulders. She has always worked, but always as a server, and has no medical insurance. Is there a doctor that does Pro Bono surgeries out there for this type of proceedures.
