Broken Cheek bone wasn't fixed right away, will insurance cover it?

A few years ago I fractured my cheekbone and never had surgery.  Now my face is assymmetrical and I can't breath through my nostril.  I also have local pain and frequent headaches.  My face feels deformed and is noticable to lay people.  Do you think me Blue Shield HMO would pay to have my face fixed.  I can't explain how tramatizing this has been for me and I want it fixed badly.

If you are really having problems with breathing through your nostril and headaches, then yes, as them it's not purely cosmetic. The insurance companies will cover reconstructive surgery costs.
