Can the scar tissue be removed

I am 3 yrs. post op from full tummy tuck/body contouring and I have a scar that is approx 2" wide by 6" length on lower abdomenen due to ischemia (immediately after surgery I had a big bandage covering an opening in my stomach)that after 3/4 healing left large dent so was sewn together post op 5 mo after initial surgery and ever since I have lived with this terrible pain above the incision. I was told by my pc that  this was caused by lack of oxygen, I quit smoking 6 wks prior to surgery, and that he might have to do a skin graft to rid the scar but I told him that the scar was no longer my concern, that the pain from the scar tissue was.  I have gone back several times to him and He just keeps giving me things to try, ie yoga, massage, muscle relaxers.  Nothing has helped and I am feeling desperate for an answer. I can't walk, stand, just everyday activities makes it feel so tight like a band inside my stomach is being pulled, the more I do, the tighter it feels Even wearing clothes aggitate it.  Please someone tell me that there is SOMETHING that can be done.  I would like to know if it can be removed by surgery. Anxious/waiting for answer

The scar tissue can be removed via surgery, but I'm not totally sure on the specifics of it. You need to talk to a plastic surgeon.
