Circumcision reversal?

I have been doing foreskin restoratio (Streching_ for about 3 years now and would like to have the end for my new skin tigthened. are there any plstic surgeons in north florida or georgia who do this? all the ones I find are far away like NY or NM

Dr.Reed can probably do it.Tell Him you want transverse incisions closed vertically so you can keep all of your restored foreskin.If you do not want to go that far ask any local plastic surgeon for help.
