Cyst removal

Hello,

As a teen ager I suffered with inflammatory acne. As a result I have 2 small cysts on each side of my nose. My dermatologist tells me that they are benign cysts. I had them injected twice with cortisone with no improvement. The only medication that shrinks them is benzoyl peroxide. If I apply it every day, the cysts flatten out and become almost invisible. The problem is that it dries my skin too much specially around the eyes and wrinkles begin to appear. Can the cysts be removed surgically without significant scaring?

I have a cyst in my fore head i need help I'm  going to graduate from medical assist i tryed everything  im desperate I also don,t Have the money to take care of thhis problem.

drink a lot of water (3 liters+) and excersize till u sweat and cant sweat no more
