I am a man and had breast reduction surgery question about the areola.

As a boy I had pretty big breast, and I went to a doctor who told me I had fatty blockage that even with weight lost would never reduce the breast size because of the blockage its self. I held off surgery until last year or so now I am a 23 year old male. I had the surgery done but after a year they healed up very nicely and now looks good It does not look like a full male chest the doctor told me to lose weight and exorcise to build it back up.

Well I noticed the surgery left me with a very large areola on both chest, will this reduce in time with exorcize as the chest flattens back to normal or will I need another surgery?

If you have large areolae, I doubt that they will shrink significantly with weight loss, but there is no harm in loosing the weight to see if this happens.  If not, then additonal minor surgery is possble to reduce areolar diameter.
