I know its still earl days but I am a bit worried I may have ruptured my implants by lifting a baby 6 days after my surgery. They keep on going hard and are quite sore to touch.
Is this normal?

If you have gel implants, you would not be able to determine if there was a rupture (this is determined primarily by MRI examination). Rupture of a saline implant would result in breasts that are suddenly soft and rapidly diminish in size to your pre-op state.  It is exceedingly unlikely that lifting a baby a six days has caused a rupture of either type of implant.  Soreness is almost universal at this stage.
