Incision Open

I asked a question in regards to my augmentation coming out. Let me tell you my experience. It has now been 10 weeks since my surgery and I started haveing problems with my right breast. For 3 weeks I was calling my surgeons office and they kept trying to diagnose infection over the phone without seeing me. Finally I went to my local ER when the incision turned black and it looked like there was a hole. This was on a Sunday and she told me it looked clean and that I should follow up with my surgeon. On Monday I called the surgeons office back again and spoke with the nurse, she told me it sounded like the augmentation and could I come in the next morning. The next morning I went in and she told me it was the augmentation coming out and that I would have to drive to Bridgewater which is an hour highway driving away. She then called the Doctor in Bridgewater and he instructed that I come in the next morning to have the incision re-closed. I went back the next morning Wednesday thinking I was going to have a few stitches.
The surgeon proceded to freeze me over and over, he then opened my incision up again which is about 5-6 inches. I have cohesive gel implants and apparently the implant had moved from under the muscle which is where it was stitched into inside and made it's way down to the incision ond was protruding. He then started to freeze and open me inside to put the implant back under the muscle. By this time I am traumatized by pain and crying uncontrolably. The surgeon then tells me this dosen't hurt anymore than having a mole removed. Keeping my eyes shut tight and not being able to stop crying he proceeded with the procedure, cutting tissue putting the implant back under muscle and stitching me from the inside out.
I can barely describe what this has done to me. At one point I was gripping my right pant leg from pain and the surgeon grabbed my had putting it on the table, he was getting very annoyed with me. I came home and cried for 8 hours straight from pain and anguish. I was not given anything for pain wither I had to call the next day to ask for something which I was told Advil should do the job.
The surgeon instructed me I could take the dressing off the next day myself. I didn't feel comfortable doing this so I called once again. The nurse instructed me to go in on Monday and she would take it off and look to see how things are going as if this dosen't work I will have to have the implant removed and put back again in a couple of weeks. I also asked him about lifting as I look after children all day and some of them weigh upwards of 35lbs. and he said that I could. I HAVE NOT scared to open the incision.
What do you think of my experience? I have no recourse as he is the only plastic surgery clinic in my area. I have to go back on the 19th now to have the stitched removed by the nurse-the Doctor won't even be there.
