Infected Belly Button

Hi, I've had 3 C-sections and I've put on a substantial amount of weight over the years. I've started loosing the weight and now my belly button isn't getting any air, so its starting to smell, burn, and feel like its being pulled. I've been advised I needed a tummy tuck and was wondering if there was a physician anywhere in the US that could help me pro bono?
