Is it nerve damage and can it be corrected?

7 years ago I had a face lift.  On the right side, my stitches in my eye lids did not properly dissolve, so there is more scaring on my eye lids, little bump like places where the stitches were inserted.  Still after 7 years, on the right side lower part, back of head it is always sore.  Is this nerve damage and can it be corrected?

it can be many things. nerve damage is a possibility, or scar tissue problems, etc.
