Labioplasty

My fiance' has a self-conscious issue with her labia-minora. These lips in her vagina go out way far past the point of obvious and are even physically uncomfortable for her often. It causes painful and uncomfortable moments where here panties will get caught up in her parts and then it is also difficult for her in the restroom and bedroom. This is an issue she is largely sensative about and very conscious of. She would require a reduction for her to find any comfort in her vaginal area as well as her self-consciousness. If there are any recomendations I can recieve as to a good plastic surgeon that would be willing to take a corrective construction/reduction case like this I wouldbe grateful for the help.
