Lump after breast reduction

I had a breast reduction about 2 years ago. I had problems with my left nipple after surgery. I lost some of the feeling in it and had some areas that felt thick. I found a lump under that nipple this week. It is about half the size of that nipple and hard. I have some itching also. I had a baby 6 months ago and am wondering if this might be scare tissue or I should be concered that it might be cancer.
