Lump on the side of my face getting very big...

Can someone please help i have had a small bump in front of my ear directly on my sideburn on the outside since i have been 10yrs old, i am now 29 and the bump keeps growing rapidly it is close to the size of a nickel....The bump is very hard, doesent hurt unless pressed on, same color as my skin, no hair grows out of it, and recently from getting bigger its starting to affect my jaw...I am getting worried and would like some info to prepare myself....Thank you so much....
