Minimal Scarring Brachioplasty

Has anyone had the new technique for saggy arms that involves an incision in the armpit only? It is being done by Dr. Reed in NYC and looks very promising. My local plastic surgeon however did not know anything about it and advised against brachioplasty due to the typical long scars down the arm. The following address:
