Muscles are raised when droopy eyelid blink

Muscles are raised when droopy eyelid blink

I have slight (abt. 1mm) ptosis in my right upper eyelid. Whenever I blink, my right eyebrow and right frontalis muscle will raise up at the same time. I have went for an eyelid surgery to tighten the levator muscles but the problem is still there :( whenever I relax my facia muscles, I can feel my eyelid drooping with a slight heavy feeling at the eyelid skin and once I blink my eye, the eyebrow and frontalis muscles will raise up at the same time. This condition has been there for about a year and it is driving me crazy, because my eyes will keep on blinking with the pulling up of the eyebrow, I am having a very tired strain at the eye..sometimes my eyes seems to have difficulties in blinking too..
But when I try to use my finger to raise up my right upper eyelid and blink, I feel more comfortable without the pulling up strain of the muscles ,also when I pinch and pull the eyelid skin..., I am suspecting there is something wrong with the muscles of my right eyelid skin or right droopy eyelid as I feel that the eyelid is not using it's muscles to blink the eye but making use of the eyelid skin muscles, eyebrow muscles...?? I really wondering what's going on and what causes my right eyelid to droop which this condition already last for a year :( :( ..I would really appreciate if there is anybody who can give me any advice about what's the problem with my eyelid, do I need to do a 2nd kind of surgery or is it problem with my eye nerve muslces? I really don't know.... Your kindness is really very much appreciated!!
