Need help! Living in the dark!!!

Hi, I am a 29 year old woman who has for many years been plagued with the fact that most people who look at me find me a attractive woman. I know this sounds weird but due to this judging a book by its cover, I went without dating or sexual relations for a long time. I  will admit that at first glance I appear to be a normal, outgoing and attractive woman but this is only because I go through great lengths of making the right choices in clothes, bras and makeup.
I at this time suffer from stretchmarks that are on my stomach down to my hip, my bellybutton is disfigured, I have no fullness in my breast area which for me I am a size 34 D is not a pleasant look once the bra is removed. I suffer from Keratosis Pilaris, I am in need of work by a Urogynocology.
I think I had entirely written off a romantic life and felt glad just to know I could hide these parts of my body. This is all up until I fell in love and I want to be able to be romantic with the person with the lights on and my clothes off. Long story short he has never seen me naked. I want to be as confident with my clothes off as with them on. Even to be able to wear a bathing suit or a skirt again would be great.  
I would like to know if there are any surgeons who do this kind of work for experience and do it pro bono? I do not feel like there are any choices for woman that don't make a million dollars to fix themsleves!!!!
Are there any options for people on a moderate income? What kind of price would all these procedures cost?

I need help any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Anyone can fix themselves... in their mindset! and it's pretty easy to do. Let your boyfriend see you naked. I doubt he would care about these minor "imperfections", and if he did, he obviously isn't the one for you. It's all about having confidence in yourself, and not paying an overly amount of money to put yourself through agony to make yourself  look "better", if you can call it that.
