Pain

My both arms at the mid parts have stitching *** drilling pain. I have such pain for a month plus. Please tell me what have caused the pain and how to get rid of the pain. Thanks.

Such kind of pain can be due to muscle strain, nerve compression, vitamin D deficiency bone pain or due to arthritis (less likely). Get your vitamin D levels checked and if you are deficient then you should consult your doctor and get vitamin D sachets prescribed.
