Post Breast aug/mast surgery

I had a Breast Lift & Implant OP in May this year, since the op my breasts have bottomed out & i have no upper pole cleavage at all, my surgeon has put this down to the fact my skin is so stretchy & has suggested "briefly" a procedure to prevent the bottoming out, something about attaching the implant pockets to my ribs?  I find it very difficult to talk to my PS & feel i have not been given proper info to go on & he also said i would never have the upper pole cleavage i so longed for?  He wants me to return to see him with a decision in Jan next yr but i dont really know what i will be deciding?!  He wont do my re-op until May next yr so i am 1 full yr P-op?  I feel so devastated about the whole thing as i paid £7500 for the procedure only to be told it wouldnt have worked anyway????  Also have one breast a whole cupsize larger than the other which he said he isnt bothered about?  Can you maybe tell me what the procedure is he is suggesting & what it involves & basically ur views on the situation, thankyou so much x
