Reconstruction of Index Finger

Dear Doctor,

Im a businessman in India. I met with a Accident in my factory and got my Index finger amputated till the bottom of the nail bed. Since the bone can lost my doctor recommended to close till the nail bed.

Can you please advice me if by any methods the finger can be reconstructed?.
