Seroma,lump hematoma? after adbdominoplasty

I am 8 weeks post op full TT. My surgeon was very good but is a good distance away from where I live. I had some fluid accumulation in my upper abdomin (abdomen) - probably from a poorly fit compression garment. I flew back down to her and she aspirated about 100 - 120 mls from several pockets and I felt much better. ABout 2 weeks later, I had more fluid accumulate and I had another MD remove about 30- 40 mls of serous fluid and some thinck clotted blood that clogged the syringe from anothe pocket and he said that was probably  leftover from having aspirated all of the thiiner fluid. But
Then the lump got bigger and harder and purple and I went in again and they drain a lot of clotted blod from the area. As I turned onto one side, even more came out. They collected around 60 ml and said it was from a hematoma. The area quickly went from purple to almost normal skin color after keeping firm compression on it for a couple of days. But the lump is still there - it is about 2 or 2.5 inches in diameter to the upper right of my navel. The area surrounding the lump is very swollen and black and blue. The entire area is about 5 inches acorss. It looks worse than it did post op I am worried that this lump is fat necrosis or granuloma or something that will involve a second surgery. My surgical incosin i healing so well and is even practically impereptible in a few small places. I hate to have this nice work ruined, much less have to undergo a second surgery. My PS says to wait a couple more months, but this lump is painful and its not shrinking and my stomach is black and blue. I am worried about collecting large amounts of clotted blood, forming walled off pockets and that sort of thing. Have you any advise? Anyway to prevent the scenario from worsening.
My upper abdomen is pretty ugly and I am feel more swollen there anyway, than I do in the lower abdomen.
Thanks!
