Sharp upper abdomnal(abdominal) pain after tummy tuck and engaging the abdomen

I had a tummy tuck 1 month and 1 week ago and on Wed. I had a follow up appt. (today is Saturday); after changing into my gown I tried to get up onto the table to wait for the Dr.  There is usually a step stool but this particular time there was not one.  I put my hands on the edge of the table and with my back touching the table edge I used a little hop/jump motion along with my arms to try and get onto the table (not realizing that this could even possibly engage my abdomen in any way).  Just as my bottom reached the padding I felt a sharp pain (almost like a barbed wire) simultaneously go through the left and right side of my upper abdomen at an angle (upward angle) until it reached the vertical line that runs straight down the center of the abdomen (breast bone to belly button).  I had an umbilical hernia that was also repaired previously and then again during this tummy tuck (The Dr. said she needed to fix that since she was in there even though it wasn't seperated at all).  Since Wed. I have had pain, throbbing, and spasms in the same areas I felt the barbed wire due to the pressure I put onto my abdomen when I was jumping up.  I let the Dr. office know what occured and they said if it gets any worse to let them know on Monday.  My question is has this occurred to anyone else out there (something similar after a tummy tuck) and if so what was the outcome?  Did you mess up the sutures?  Seperate the muscles that were sown back together or tightened?  I'm just worried that I just undid or ruined everything I paid for and everything I had to take time off for...
