Tiny lumps under the skin after a face & Neck lift

Is it safe to smooth these vessels of blood accumulation ( lumps / scars ) by pressing in an upward massage motion. They seem better, but come back again. I can tell a little difference. In other words, They are smaller in size when they return. Will this stretch the skin by doing this three to four times a day. I am pressing both sides at the sme time from the middle of my throat out and upward.
