Tram Flap reconstruction

I am going to be having the tram flap Feb. 28th 2008.  I am really excited/nervous all in one.  Does any one have any suggestions or comments for me???  Thanks so much!

By now you've had your surgery, and I wondered how you are doing.  I had a bi-lateral mastectomy and tram flap at once.  I actually was lucky enough to have an incredible surgical team that included Dr. Michael Drever, who developed the tram flap procedure.  He is retired and lives in Paraguay, but happened to be in Toronto at the time. The nurses who dressed the wounds, all remarked that they'd never seen one so well done.  It's been 6 months for me, and I have no regrets.  I strongly advise that you don't walk bent forward if you can help it.  I'd like to hear from you, when you are up to writing... ***@****

How are you doing? I had a bi-lateral mast. with tissue expanders immediately following mast.  Curious to know how u r doing?  I've been happy with mine, but after 13 years, it's time for a revision.
