Very concerned!

Well I am 39 years and had breast augmentation 4 years ago, 3 revisions and have been uncomfortable ever since I had them put in. When I sleep they are in my arm pits, one sits higher then the other, my bras do not fit ,they are different sizes almost like different implants and these have been the symptoms from day one, when I voiced my opinion to my doctor he raised his voice and said well look what you came in here with! I said yes look, I was small, the same size and pain free! Needless to say I have not been back to him and have sought the opinion of another doctor  referred by a friend who says we can either remove them or reposition them. I have fear of either. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Lisa.
