actuary breast mass removal

Hi

I have excess fatf rom my breast under both armpits. I'm very slim and this is the only area where i have excess fat/flesh. It is very unsightly and I can't wear many types of tops.

I'd like to get this removed. How do I find a surgeon to do this in London?  Can it be done on the NHS?

What will surgery involve esp with recovery times?
