breast implants

I have had implants for over 20 years and now one has ruptured.  It has been
a few days and so far it has not deflated but I am considering removing them
both.  Is it possible to remove implants after such a long time?  Do you
know the cost associated with this procedure?  Thank you very much.

Old implants are commonly removed with or without replacement.  You need to be seen in consultation to determine the cost which will vary from area to area.  Cost will also dpend on whether your implants are replaced and the kind of new implants used.  The type of anesthesia and the location of the procedure will also determine the cost.
