breathing problems after rhinoplasty

I had a rhinoplasty 14 years ago to correct a bad nose job and to improve my breathing which had become very bad..All was fine for years..Now I am  having breathing problems again...is this due to aging??

There could be some progressive deviation of the septum over time, or some new problem like hypertrophy of the turbinates.
