chemical burn by cosmetic surgery

I had a breast reduction a couple of months ago and everything went find until, i noticed changes in my skin in certain areas of  my face. My forehead, both side of my cheek and around my mouth where getting really really dark. The area around my eyes is the only light part. I was wondering what should i do to get my skin all one color again. It been about 7 month since the surgery and my skin is not getting back to normal. Please help. I really hate were makeup and i have  also have nice skin until now. I were spf of 30 every day .
