My daughter is not a fat girl but unfortunately she has fat legs and ankles.Her upper part of her body is normal but the lower part is thick , it looks muscles not fat , she does not have selulits but starting from her ankles it is very fat . She is 17 years old.Is there any way to thin the lower part. She is making exercise etc but nothing is working . My legs are not as fat as hers as her mother. Is there any way like liposuction etc although it is not a fat.
