fat swollen looking ugly ankles

I would like to know the name of a condition or deformity that I have.First of all I have flat feet along with thick ankles with alot of fatty tissue around them. They of course are hideous since I've gained weight. My ideal weight is 148 lbs. I now weigh 205 lbs. I do know when I lose weight they look so much better and slimmer but they are still not normal looking. My Mother had big ankles but she had heart trouble. Her sisters had thick ankles but not as severe as my Mother. Her ankles and feet reminded me of elephant legs by the shape of them. She also had droopy skin above her knees along with very rounded looking feet which looked so much like elephant legs and feet! One thing that stood out which might or might not mean anything was her one big toe had these weird     pointy points sticking out of her toe.They were made of skin.They were hard and pointy.
