fractured cheekbone

I had a fractured cheekbone & i had 3 plates in my face , well the side of my face that i had surgery in will return to its normal shape, i still have swellings & surgery been over 2 weeks now so is that normal?

Two weeks is far too early to evaluate the results of your procedure.  There is undoubtedly significant swelling in the area.  Assuming the the bones are in proper position, you should end up with a normal result.  Your surgeon should be following your progress and discussing the outcome with you.
