fraxel laser treatment

Hi, I have had acne and acne scars since my early teen years (i am currently 20). I recently underwent 3 fraxel laser treatments to clear my scarring, and shortly after I went on Roaccutane for my remaining pimples. These have done wonders for me, however a lot of my pores are big and visible, and my skin has red scars and very uneven skin tone remaining.
After the 6 month roaccutane healing period, is it safe to undergo MORE fraxel treatments, or any other types of treatments that you could recommend to clear my scarred skin, to make it more clear and even?
