fullness in left cheek with clear fluid collection

I am 42 years old and I have clear fluid collection in my left cheek of about 1.5 - 2.6cms as per ultra sound results, since 2 years with gradual fullness looks more like swelling . I dont have any pain and I have not under gone any root canal procedure on my left side. My paratoid and salivary glands are safe. This is giving me an odd look making me very consicious. I am even developing half double chin on the left side of my face. at times I miss out on words. A request for guide lines so that I can seek appropriate help at the earliest. thank you.

You should go to your primary care doctor to see why there is a fluid collection. And they can usually drain the fluid at the office. Good luck
