help...

I am a 25 year old single mom. I have two little girls. After cancer and having my thyroid removed i gained 40 lbs and with my back to back pregnancies i gained 70 lbs, and at 5'2 got up to 235.  I am now 132 and have lost a total of 103 lbs.  I am in recovery with almost 9 months cleaned and sober and doing well, except for the self hate that is coming from my body image, and no amount of prayer is helping me with it.  I have some horrible credit and but making okay money now to get by with my 2 daughters. I was wondering if anyone knew of any plastic surgeons in ky, ohio or indiana that could help me out in my financial situation.  I would like to move on a raise my girls with a confident mother. thanks
