labiaplasty damage

Hi, I had labiaplasy 3 years ago. I am very depressed since I have lost all my sexual sensation. I though as we spoked with my doctor that he would reshape them; to my surprise after the sergery (surgery), he had resected them and part of my clitoris.
Is there any possible way to reverse the damege? I read a lot about stem cell tissue regeneraton and my question is:
Any hope or possible treatment for women in this situation?
