about a month ago i started getting a pink spot in the middle of my lower lip. I am a smoker but on the process of quitting. Also my left igum are starting getting black. It is so annoying and i dont know what to do? I am hiv positive and currently taking meds so i dont know which doctor i should see. Please help me it is so ugly i want my lips back. Thank you.

I would have your lip and gums checked by a dermatologist, who will be able to diagnose and treat this problem.
