lumpectomy,chem and rads 3.5 years ago

I am scheduled to have silicone gel impolants with a lift to the healthy side. I have read alot re: complications with rads and implants.My problem is that the radiated side is abit smaller and the nipple has inverted...will this surgery hepl me ? Or can I have some sort of fat injections to fix the divot in breast and pull out the nipple????

I also had a lumpectomy and I am scheduled for  my second consultation.  I have the same problem with the inverted nipple.  My dr to wants to do a lift and implants.  However, he said that the nipple would most likely stay inverted.  He said that it was scar tissue holding it in and if he cut the connections there is a risk of loosing the nipple.  So I think I can deal with the inversion.  He also told me that I would have to have 2 seperate surgeries because of the trauma to the breast I had the lumpectomy on.  I am not sure I want to go through 2 surgeries.  I was hoping I could just get implants and that would fill out the breast area that is missing, but apparently it isn't that simple.
