lumps and bumps 3 weeks after lower face lift

Three weeks ago I had lower face lift, with the usual burising, numbness, swelling  and sensitivity.  The bruising is gone and the swelling is much better, however yesterday I noticed a puffy bump on the bone below my eye (no eye surgery) and a bump on my cheek, which appears to be slightly red or discolored.  My doctor is out of town until Tuesday.  Is this a normal progress of healing or something more serious?.  Thank you for your response.
