major lipo-dissolve complications

I'm in consant pain.  I had 6 treatments of lipo-dissolve on my ((inner thighs.))  All my treatments were 2 weeks apart.  I always had major swelling from my groin all the way down to my knees.  I had my last treatment on 2/18/08.  After my 5th treatment I noticed my left labia started to swell up.  The swelling went down by my 6th treatment and I didn't think anything of it.
After my 6th treatment I got a vaginal bacterial infection and had a chronic inflamed vulva.  On 3/1/08 my whole left labia felt and was a huge blister.  It was not individual blisters, the whole left labia was one blister.  Since then I've had chronic pain on the (base), below all the tissue of the left labia; it is constantly throbbing and pulsing-underneath the tissue.  I have constant pain in my inner thigh/groin area all the way to my knees.  I also have pain in my lymph nodes.  Both my right and left labia are porous and always feels like it is dripping or sweating.

I went to the gyno & also had my records reviewed.  I discovered that my HSV 2 for the past 3 years has been .03-negative.  I was just tested 6 months ago also.  I got another blood test in February and was still at .03 for HSV 2, but now my IGM shows that I'm fighting a current infection for both HSV 1 & 2.  I had my boyfriend get tested 2 twice and he is negative for HSV 2.

((My specific question is can lipo-dissolve in the inner thighs trigger a herpes outbreak?))  I was always told I was negative for HSV 2.  I've hardly ever had any prior female issues in my life and I'm 33.  I did not know I had .03 anti-bodies against the virus.  I know that is still considered negative, but the virus is there.  I got on anti-viral medication, but it has not helped me.   What happened to my body??  I've been to many doctors who are all clueless.

I know of no studies that relate the chemicals used in lipodissolve (primarily phosphatidyl choline) to the stimulation of HSV 1or 2 infections.
