mole removal plastic surgery

I had a mole on arm removed 4 weeks ago and was sutured up with clear and some black thread, and possibly blue thread as well, the scar looks a bit greyish-blue. I went back a wk later and one little knot end was clipped off, then went back 1 more week later and was told it was healed shut and that i should a wear a tape for a week until tape fell off and then let it breathe. Over the last 2 weeks now I notice more dark colored stitches showing up close to underneath the surface of the skin and am wondering if this is the "spitting out of the permanent stitches" as they say-because its healing or if my arm will stay this way with the black stitches always underneath visible forever. Pls advise regarding what on earth is happening, I had plastic surgery 25+ yrs ago so i know its not unheardof to have a stitch come to the surface but I'm curious because they were such dark stitches i keep reading that those are permanent and will never dissolve. Lord only knows what variety of dark stitches he used and if they'll fade! Please help. :)
