i really want to know if its better to have a buttocks implant surgery or just have Fat injections placed on my buttocks. I really want my butt to look bigger and rounder but at the same time alot more natural

There are advantages and disadvantages using buttocks implants versus fat graft. Sometimes, both techniques are used. Buttocks implants are more prone to infection and there fore removal. Some patients state that they feel like they are sitting on rocks. Fat grafting requires lipo elsewhere and a fairly large amount of fat to achieve the best results. The injected fat might not all survive after injection and therefore result in a suboptimal result requiring later additional grafting. The technique used often depends on the experience and advise of the surgeon.
