pain since tummy tuck.

I have had pain since my tummy tuck every time I use my abdominal muscles I have pain and soreness, a second  doctor has told me that the first doctor took too much fascia off so when my muscle is used it pulls and causes the pain. He told me that I will have to live like  this is, there any way this can be fixed. Maybe mesh to add length ? Thanks
